2022年”芬兰教育中国行“项目–研究型教师内涵式深度发展系列培训(北京、雄安新区)

立足于“十四五”时期,中国教育已进入高质量发展阶段。2021年5月教育部、财政部印发了《关于实施中小学幼儿园教师国家级培训计划(2021—2025年)的通知》,以教师自主学习、系统提升、持续发展为“国培计划”导向,将支持助力乡村教育改革振兴作为根本任务,大力推进教师队伍高质量发展和教师培训提质增效,旨在为我国基础教育发展持续培育、培养能发挥带头引领作用的高素质、高端人才。 因此依据深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的总体要求,为更好地深入贯彻中国全国教育大会精神,落实《中共中央 国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》,芬兰国际教育创新研究院始终坚持以中国国家新课程标准为纲领,基于合作单位教育事业未来发展规划和定位,汇聚引入国内外优质教育资源和智慧成果服务于合作学校教育教学工作品质内涵的提升,增添推动其教育发展新活力,更好地助力学校增强教育改革能力,加强地方教育单位和学校教师、教研员和教育管理队伍的专业化建设,落实中国国家”五育并举“的教育方针,培养具备建构式”高阶思维“的未来人才! 2022年期间研究院中芬专家团队分期、分批为北京大兴教育委员会和教师培训学校遴选的四所实验校和骨干教师团队、雄安容和德辉学校和双文幼儿园进行关于”转变课堂教学方式,提升课堂教学效率“主题的系列师资培训,我们引入国际先进的教育模式、教育理念、教学方式和课程改革的成功经验,与当地教育改革和教师专业发展水平相结合,制定实施科学合理、切实满足教师、教研员和教育管理者教育教学和管理实际需求的培训方案,协同当地教育部门共同探索构建地方创新的教师培训模式和特色,培养具备教学示范引领作用的”研究型“骨干教师团队和示范学校,实现学校不断可持续发展的未来目标!   

2021年NEDU SCHOOL在中国雄安新区运营的新幼儿园和综合学校正式开学!

Under the long-term cooperation framework with Xiongan’an New Area local government sector and FEDUCATION, after almost three years preparations and construction, the Xiong’an Ronghe Shuangwen Kindergarten and Xiong’an Ronghe Dehui School (comprehensive school), which are independently operated and managed by Finnish International Education Innovation Research Institute, have officially started in November and December, 2021 respectively.

On August 24, the inaugural meeting of the Chengdu-Chongqing Primary Education Alliance and the Sino-Finnish Primary School Teacher Education Forum was held at China West Normal University. Cui Changhong, Deputy Secretary of the Working Committee of Education of the Sichuan Provincial Party and Deputy Director of the Education Department; Deng Rui, Member of the Working Committee of Education of the Chongqing Municipal Committee and Deputy Director of the Municipal Education Commission; Shen Yifan, Deputy Mayor of Nanchong Municipal People’s Government; Kou Kunlun and others attended the inaugural meeting.

In November 2019, the expert team at FEDUCATION once again visited the schools of Chengdu Wanhui Education Group to carry out an annual series of comprehensive teacher development training, helping teachers from Wanhui Educational Institution to continuously expand their educational horizons, explore different core areas of education, and integrate, innovate and improve the Jinwanhui curriculum as well as to improve the professionalism of teachers, and construct the best quality education for future-oriented children.

On November 2, 2019, Dr. Dong Li, Executive President of FEDUCATION, led a team of Finnish education experts to Chongqing Shuren Primary School, discussed the topic “Finnish Basic Education and Teacher Serial Training” with Shuren Primary Education Group. Comprehensive training and the advanced concept of phenomenon-based learning and teaching were presented to the teachers.

From October 28th to November 1st, 2019, the expert team at the FEDUCATION once again came to Xiejiawan Primary School to carry out the 8th Finland Week and “New Sino-Finnish classroom” from Liu Xiya Principals’ Studio. The following topics were discussed: “Implementing morality education, Developing Quality Education”, “Transforming Learning Methods, Focusing on Normal Classroom Teaching”, “Gathering Educational talents in China, Finland and Singapore, and Building a Learning and Research Community”.

2019年“芬兰教育中国行”项目—研究型教师内涵式发展系列培训(西安曲江第一小学)

Invited by the principal of Xi’an Qujiang No.1 Primary School, Chen Juan, Dr. Dong Li from FEDUCATION led a team of Finnish experts to visit the school in the autumn semester. The purpose of the visit was to offer comprehensive teacher training as well as give a series of lectures focused on curriculum development. After arriving on the first day, the Finnish expert team, led by Principal Chen and the management team, visited the school’s history museum and the art exhibition.
